The name Fanny Cakes is a tribute to my Nana, (her nickname was Fanny) who nurtured my love of baking. Here at Fanny Cakes we use only the finest, all natural, freshly made ingredients like sweet creamery butter, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, fresh bananas, strawberries, mangos, carrots, natural citrus zests, etc. Nana wouldn't have it any other way!

As a young girl I remember spending many wonderful days cooking and baking with my Nana. Those early days were the foundation for what would later become my passion. After spending two years at St. Joseph's College for Elementary Education, I decided to follow my dream. I enrolled and subsequently graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education for Pastry and Baking Arts. Now I want to share my love of fine baking with all of you! The idea for Fanny Cakes is a product of my passion.
